  "text": "The classification of each such school (other than a pupil referral unit) as—\n(a) a community, foundation, voluntary aided, voluntary controlled, community special or foundation special school;\n(b) a primary, middle or secondary school;\n(c) a comprehensive, grammar or partially selective school;\n(d) a co-educational or single-sex school;\n(e) a day or boarding school or a school taking both day and boarding pupils,\nexcept that for the purposes of sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) other terminology may be used.",
