# The School Information (Wales) Regulations 2011, Paragraph 5

The admissions arrangements determined for the school in relation to each age at which pupils are admitted to the school (including ages above and below compulsory school age), including a statement of the policies and procedures adopted to enable parents or pupils to express a preference pursuant to arrangements made by the local authority under section 86(1) and 86A(1) of the 1998 Act respectively or to make an appeal against a refusal of a place.
