  "text": "In the case of each such pupil referred to in paragraph 4 who, during the reporting school year or any of the school years preceding that year, achieved any approved relevant qualification, the following details for each such qualification achieved—\n(a) the awarding body;\n(b) the subject title;\n(c) the type and level;\n(d) the result;\n(e) the date awarded;\n(f) the qualification number (if any); and\n(g) the approval number (if any).",
