# The School Premises (England) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the School Premises (England) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 31st October 2012.
(2) These Regulations apply to all schools maintained by local authorities in England.
