  "text": "(1) Suitable drinking water facilities must be provided.\n(2) The facilities provided under paragraph (1) will be suitable only if—\n(a) they are readily accessible at all times when the premises are in use; and\n(b) they are in a separate area from the toilet facilities.\n(3) Toilets and urinals must have an adequate supply of cold water and washing facilities must have an adequate supply of hot and cold water.\n(4) Cold water supplies that are suitable for drinking must be clearly marked as such.\n(5) The temperature of hot water at the point of use must not pose a scalding risk to users.",
