  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the School Staffing (England) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/1963), so that the transitional arrangements in the Schedule relating to the right of a person to make representations before being dismissed or ceasing to work at a school, apply to a person employed on a fixed term contract for the relevant period, currently one year.",
