# The School Staffing (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Regulation 2: Amendment of the School Staffing (England) Regulations 2003


(1) The School Staffing (England) Regulations 2003 are amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2 of the Schedule, the following is substituted for sub-paragraph (6)—
“(6) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (2) to (5) applies to a person who—
(a) has not been continuously employed at the school for the relevant period, or
(b) has failed to meet any staff qualification requirements.”
