  "text": "(1) The School Staffing (England) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 3(1) (Interpretation), in the definition of “safer recruitment training”, omit the words “by a person approved by the Secretary of State” and after “safeguard” insert “and promote the welfare of”.",
