  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Appointed Day) Order 1999.\n(2) In this Order–\n“the 1996 Act” means the Education Act 1996; and\n“the 1998 Act” means the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.",
