# The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Appointed Day) Order 1999, Article 1: Citation and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Appointed Day) Order 1999.
(2) In this Order–
“the 1996 Act” means the Education Act 1996; and
“the 1998 Act” means the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.
