  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order brings certain provisions of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 into force on 8th August and 1st September 1998. The provisions brought into force are provisions relating to Education Action Zones and enabling powers relating to the designation of grammar schools.",
