# The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (Modification) Regulations 1998, Regulation 10: Teachers' Pensions


In relation to the relevant period, paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Teachers' Pensions Regulations 1997 shall have effect as if the reference to a school maintained by a local education authority included a grant-maintained school.
