  "text": "EDUCATION, WALES\nMade 16 March 2010\nComing into force 1 September 2010\nThe Welsh Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred on the National Assembly for Wales by section 45D of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998, and now vested in them, make the following Order.\nIn accordance with paragraph 35(3), Table 1 of Schedule 11 to the Government of Wales Act 2006, a draft of this Order was laid before, and approved by resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.",
