Regulation 2 Modification of section 63 of the 1998 Act
Until 1st September 1999f1 section 63 of the 1998 Act shall have effect as if the references in that section to a maintained school were references to–
(a)
a county, voluntary or maintained special school, or
(b)
a grant-maintained or grant-maintained special school.
