  "heading": "Modification of section 77 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998",
  "text": "Until Schedule 22 to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 comes into force, section 77(2)(b) of that Act shall have effect with the modification that for “either of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 22” there shall be substituted “section 231(7) of the Education Act 1996”.",
