  "text": "A school which immediately before the appointed day is (within the meaning of the Education Act 1996)—\n(a) a county school,\n(b) a controlled, aided or special agreement school, or\n(c) a maintained special school,\nshall become on that day a school of the category to which it is allocated by the following table.\nExisting school\nAllocated new category\nA county school.\nCommunity school.\nA controlled school.\nVoluntary controlled school.\n(1) An aided school.\n(2) A special agreement school.\nVoluntary aided school.\nA maintained special school.\nCommunity special school.",
