# School Standards and Framework Act 1998, Paragraph 157


In section 541 (distribution of information about further education institutions), for subsection (4) substitute—
“(4) In this section “school” means—
(a) any community, foundation or voluntary school, or
(b) any community or foundation special school (which is not established in a hospital).”
