# School Standards and Framework Act 1998, Paragraph 213


In section 19 (school performance targets), for subsection (3) substitute—
“(3) In this section “maintained school” means—
(a) a community, foundation or voluntary school, or
(b) a community or foundation special school (other than one established in a hospital).”
