# School Standards and Framework Act 1998, Paragraph 23


In section 98(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (definitions), for paragraphs (f) and (g) substitute—
“(f) any community, foundation or voluntary school;
(g) any community or foundation special school.”
