  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—\nsection 1;\nthis section;\nsection 101.\n(2) The following provisions come into force on 1 April 2013—\nsections 88 to 90;\nsections 92 and 93.\n(3) The following provisions come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning on the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent—\nChapter 3 of Part 2; section 91;\nsections 94 and 95;\nparagraphs 31, 33, 34(1) and (3), 35 and 36 of Part 3 of Schedule 5 (and section 99 in so far as relating to those paragraphs).\n(4) The remaining provisions of this Act are to come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order.",
