# The School Support Staff Negotiating Body (Excluded Persons) Regulations 2010, Note: Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations provide that those persons listed in the Schedule are not included as school support staff for the purposes of section 240 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sector is foreseen.
