# The School Teachers (Consequential Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2004, Regulation 3: Amendment of the General Teaching Council for Wales (Fees) Regulations 2002


(1) The General Teaching Council for Wales (Fees) Regulations 2002 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3 substitute the words “to be registered by virtue of regulations made under section 134(1) of the Education Act 2002” for the words “as a consequence” to the end.
(3) In regulation 4(4) substitute for paragraph (b) the following —
“(b) required to be so registered by virtue of regulations made under section 134(1) of the Education Act 2002,”.
