  "text": "(1) The School Teachers’ Incentive Payments (England) Order 2019 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 2(2) (incentive payments to school teachers)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (b) omit “and”; and\n(b) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—\n“and\n(d) the Levelling Up Premium,”.",
