This Order amends the School Teachers’ Incentive Payments (England) Order 2019 (S.I. 2019/1133). The Levelling Up Premium scheme is now referred to as the Targeted Retention Incentive scheme in the list of schemes under which payment is not to be treated as remuneration for the purposes of section 122(1) of the Education Act 2002 (c. 32).

An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on business or civil society organisations. The instrument has minimal impact on the public sector.
