# The School Teachers’ Incentive Payments (England) Order 2009, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the School Teachers’ Incentives Payments (England) Order 2009 and comes into force on 1st September 2009.
(2) This Order applies only in relation to school teachers in England.
