  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides that lump sum payments paid to those school teachers in England who have attained 60 credits at masters level at the completion of the second year of the Mathematics Specialist Teacher Programme, which is funded by the Department for Education, are not to be treated as remuneration for the purpose of section 122(1) of the Education Act 2002.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses or civil society organisations. The instrument has a minimal impact on the public sector.",
