# The School Teachers' Qualifications (Wales) Regulations 2012, Regulation 4: Revocation and saving and transitional provisions

Extent: E+W

(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the 2004 Regulations are revoked.
(2) The saving and transitional provisions in Schedule 1 are to have effect.
