# The School Teachers' Qualifications (Wales) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W

Persons who—
(a) have successfully completed a period of training on an employment-based teacher training scheme or otherwise satisfied the requirements of the scheme; and
(b) are assessed as meeting the specified standards by an accredited institution or the provider of an accredited course or programme of study.
