# The School Teachers' Remuneration Order 2002, Article 3


For the purposes of the School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Act 1991, a personal bonus payment made by a governing body of a school maintained by an authority to a school teacher who undertakes an Excellence Fellowship shall not be regarded as remuneration.
