Regulation 3 Transitional provision

(1)

Any schools or non-schools member of the forum who is an executive member or a relevant officer of the authority shall cease to hold office on 31st August 2006.

(2)

“Excepted relevant officer”, “executive member”, and “relevant officer” have the same meaning as in The Schools Forums (England) Regulations 2002 (as amended by these Regulations).
