Regulation 3 Associations for the purposes of section 508
The following shall be deemed to be an Association for the purposes of section 508(1)(a)—
(a)
a body formed by the combining of two or more persons for a purpose common to those persons, or
(b)
a body corporate comprised of two or more members.
