The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretary of State, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(1) and 3(1) and (3) of the Scotch Whisky Act 1988^f1and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf hereby make the following Order:—
