  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Scotch Whisky Regulations 2009 and come into force on 23rd November 2009.\n(2) These Regulations apply to drinks and whisky distillates (whether in the form of a drink or not) manufactured in the United Kingdom.",
