# The Scotch Whisky Regulations 2009, Regulation 16: Enforcement

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Each food authority must enforce the provisions of these Regulations within its area.
(2) Each port health authority must enforce the provisions of these Regulations within its district.
