# The Scotch Whisky Regulations 2009, Regulation 24: Powers relating to appeals

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The relevant court may suspend an improvement notice pending an appeal.
(2) On an appeal against an improvement notice the relevant court may either cancel or confirm the notice with or without modification.
