  "text": "(1) A person (“P”) must not obstruct any person acting in the execution of these Regulations (“O”).\n(2) P must give to O any assistance or information that O may reasonably require of P for the performance of O’s functions under these Regulations.\n(3) P must not furnish any false or misleading information to O.\n(4) P must produce a record to O when required to do so by O.",
