# The Scotch Whisky Regulations 2009, Regulation 27: Offences

A person is guilty of an offence if they contravene, or fail to comply with regulation 5, 6, 7(1) or (3), 8(6) or (7), 9(6), 10(4), 11, 12, 20(3), (4), (9) or (10), 22(2) or 26.
