# The Scotch Whisky Regulations 2009, Regulation 28: Fines

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

A person guilty of any offence under regulation 27 is liable—
(a) on conviction on indictment, to a fine; and
(b) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum.
