Article 9 Waters landward of River Esk estuary limits

The waters on the landward side of the estuary limits of the River Esk which require to be determined in accordance with paragraph (b) of the definition of “the River Esk” in section 111(4) of the 1998 Act are as set out in the Schedule to this Order.
