  "text": "CONSTITUTIONAL LAW\nDEVOLUTION, SCOTLAND\nRIVER, SCOTLAND RIVER, ENGLAND AND WALES\nSalmon and Freshwater Fisheries\nMade 22nd June 1999\nComing into force in accordance with article1(1)\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 22nd day of June 1999\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament and of the Scottish Parliament;\nNow therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 111 and 113 of the Scotland Act 1998 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
