  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No.1) Order 1999.\n(2) This Order shall come into force as follows:–\n(a) articles 1 to 3 shall come into force on 6th May 1999;\n(b) article 4 shall come into force on the date of coming into force of section 44(1)(c) of the 1998 Act; and\n(c) article 5 shall come into force on the principal appointed day.\n(3) In this Order, “the 1998 Act” means the Scotland Act 1998.",
