# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No.1) Order 1999, Paragraph 14


In Part I of Schedule 1 to the Legal Aid, Advice and Assistance (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, after paragraph 7 there is inserted–
“8 Proceedings in any devolution issue arising before any court in Northern Ireland or on appeal to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.”.
