The Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Regulations 1989 are amended as follows.

In regulation 5(3) after “proceedings in the” there is inserted “Judicial Committee of the Privy Council under paragraph 10, 12 or 13(b) of Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 1998”.

In regulation 10(2) after “sheriff court” there is inserted “Judicial Committee of the Privy Council”.
