  "text": "(1) The Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) (Fees) Regulations 1989 are amended as follows.\n(2) In regulation 2(1) in the definition of “right of audience” after “a right of audience in” there is inserted “the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council or”.\n(3) In Schedule 1–\n(a) in the title to the table after “Remuneration of solicitors” there is inserted “in the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and”; and\n(b) in paragraph (6), in the definition of “court” after “means the” there is inserted “the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council,”.",
