In Schedule 3 to the Juries (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (persons excusable from jury service as of right)–

(a)

after the entries under the heading “Northern Ireland Assembly” there is inserted–

“Scottish Parliament and Scottish Executive

Members of the Scottish Parliament.

Members of the Scottish Executive.

Junior Scottish Ministers.”; and

(b)

after the entry “The Comptroller and Auditor General for Northern Ireland” there is inserted “The Auditor General for Scotland”.
