  "text": "(1) The Civil Legal Aid (Scotland) Regulations 1996 are amended as follows.\n(2) After regulation 4(1)(j) there is inserted–\n“(k) proceedings in the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council on appeal from the Court of Session under paragraph 10, 12 or 13(b) of Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 1998 including any application for special leave to appeal.”.\n(3) In regulation 21(1)(a) after “for the employment in” there is inserted “the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council or”.",
