# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No.1) Order 1999, Paragraph 5


In section 4 of the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc. subject to investigation), after subsection (3A) there is inserted–
“(3B) No entry shall be made in respect of any member of the Scottish Executive or in respect of the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.”.
