# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 1999, Paragraph 109: Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1992 (c. 60)

In section 11(3) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1992 (commencement), at the end there is inserted “or, in the case of a draft of an order in relation to Scotland, the Scottish Parliament”.
