# The Scotland Act 1998 (Consequential Modifications) (No.2) Order 1999, Paragraph 133: Data Protection Act 1998 (c. 29)

In section 70(1) of the Data Protection Act 1998 (supplementary definitions), in the definition of “enactment” after “Act” there is inserted “and any enactment comprised in, or in any instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament”.
