  "text": "(1) The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 1994 are amended as follows.\n(2) In rule 62A–\n(a) in paragraph (1), after “member of Parliament”, there is inserted “, a member of the Scottish Parliament”;\n(b) in paragraph (2)–\n(i) after “member of Parliament”, where those words first appear, there is inserted “, a member of the Scottish Parliament”; and\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (b), after “member of Parliament,” there is inserted “member of the Scottish Parliament,”;\n(c) in paragraph (3), after “member of Parliament” there is inserted “, a member of the Scottish Parliament”.",
